Todd leads integration and major transformational activities as Senior Director, M&A Integration and Business Transformation at Marvell. He has over 25 years of experience with startups and large multi-national companies in Silicon Valley.  Previously Todd led M&A Integration at Symantec in connection with Symantec’s acquisition of Blue Coat in 2016.  Prior to joining Blue Coat, Todd worked at HP Enterprise on multiple deals and integrations and spent time at RGP helping build their M&A services business and consulting to clients in Northern California. Previous experience includes at Cisco where he was focused on M&A integration and leading global teams.
