Mr. Clark O'Niell

Clark O'Niell is a Managing Director in the EY-Parthenon practice of Ernst & Young LLP and is based in San Francisco.
Throughout his career, Clark has worked with private equity and corporate clients to help them solve complex business and technical issues.
He is a member of the technology sector team, and has broad experience across the technology industry, with experience in M&A, R&D, sales and marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, and strategic planning.
Previously, Clark was part of EMC’s internal consulting organization where he led corporate strategy, growth and sales force effectiveness initiatives. His experience includes designing and leading corporate strategic planning process, helping architect EMC's sales force transformation and designing a new GTM organization for EMC Services.
Prior to EMC, Clark was a Consultant at Bain & Company where he served both private equity and corporate clients. His efforts included commercial due diligence, corporate strategy, and sales effectiveness projects across a range of industries.
Clark began his career as a technologist developing microprocessors and assessing disruptive technology trends for IBM. He worked with IBM’s most senior technical leaders to evaluate and prioritize long term technology investments.
Clark received his BS, cum laude, in electrical and biomedical engineering from Duke University, and his MBA with distinction from the Harvard Business School.
