Mr. Brian Davison

Brian Davison is an accomplished C-level Corporate Strategy and Development executive with over 20 years of global strategy and corporate development expertise.  

Brian served as Senior Vice President Corporate Strategy and Development at Conagra Brands from August 2016 until August 2018 and as Senior Vice President Corporate Strategy and Development at Hillshire Brands from January 2013 until January 2015.  

Brian also led Strategy and Corporate Development at the private company, Flavors Holding, for a six month period in 2016.

In each of his roles as the leader of strategy and M&A, he was a direct report of the CEO and worked with the senior leadership teams in each of these organizations to align on strategic priorities and initiatives.  

Brian has also worked closely with CEOs and Boards of Directors to develop and execute the company’s portfolio strategy and M&A priorities.  

He has had a lead role in the successful execution of a number of large and small-scale transactions including at Conagra Brands the signing of a purchase agreement for Pinnacle Foods, Angie’s BOOMCHICKAPOP, Duke’s Meat Snacks and BIGS Seeds; and at Hillshire brands the purchase Golden Island Jerky and Van’s Natural Foods, and the sale of Hillshire Brands to Tyson Foods.

Brian also held a number of senior strategic planning roles at Kraft Foods and was a Principal at what is now the management consulting firm Strategy&.  

He holds a M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois.
