Ms. Emma Blackley
Emma Blackley is a Director of Lincoln International’s global Joint Ventures & Partnering practice.
She advises clients in corporates and private equity, globally, on getting the best results and value from their joint ventures, partnerships, strategic alliances, consortia and minority stakes.
Emma’s primary focus is on conducting pre-deal and pre-implementation “health checks” on new JVs, identifying how to unlock value from existing JVs and alliances and re-setting underperforming JVs and failing alliance relationships.
She has spent the last five years reviewing and re-setting all types of joint ventures, alliances, consortia and minority stakes around the world.
Her in-depth knowledge of common JV/alliance issues and causes of dispute has helped clients avoid similar pitfalls when creating new partnerships in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
She has used similar insights to diagnose and cure problems – operational and people-related – in existing/maturing JVs and alliances in China, Africa and the UK.
