To ensure a private environment for candid, peer-to-peer discussion, membership is strictly reserved for corporate M&A professionals. We do not accept registrations from consultants, advisors, vendors, or the media. All registrations are subject to verification; unqualified enrollments will be refunded, less a $100 processing fee.

The annual term begins on the date of enrollment. To ensure uninterrupted access to the Institute's intelligence and programs, we will contact you at least 30 days prior to your renewal date to coordinate the following year's enrollment.

Yes. You can expand your team’s access at any time

If you add colleagues during your term, the fee will be pro-rated to align with your current renewal date. 

Additionally, the rate for new accounts will reflect your team's total enrollment, ensuring you receive the appropriate volume discount.

Yes. All Access Accounts are fully transferable within your company

If a team member changes roles or leaves the firm, you may reassign their account to a colleague at any time to ensure continuity of access.

No. Accounts are issued on an individual basis and are required for entry to all in-person and live-online programs

If additional members of your team wish to participate, we offer progressive discounts for adding new accounts to your corporate plan.

Access is based on a fixed annual term. You may notify us of your intent to terminate your access at any time, and your cancellation will take effect at the conclusion of your current term.

Because your account reserves a seat for your participation in programs throughout the year, the Institute does not offer prorated refunds. 

Access to your program materials and Institute intelligence will remain active until the term expires.
