  • When does the term begin?

    You can start the annual term at anytime during the year.

    The Institute will contact you before renewing accounts for additional annual terms.

  • Can a colleague add an account during the annual term?

    Yes, the Institute will pro-rate the fee if you add additional accounts during the term.

  • Can I transfer an account?

    All Access Membership Accounts can be transfered if someone leaves the team.

  • Can an account be shared

    No, accounts are for one individual only.

  • Can I cancel my account?

    You may notify us of your intent to cancel your accounts at any time, in which case your cancellation will become effective at the end of the current annual term.

    In the event of a cancellation, your access will continue for the remainder of the current annual term, however, you will not receive a refund, prorated or otherwise, and you will lose access to past program materials and recordings.

  • Are accounts exclusively for corporate M&A professionals?

    Yes, the Institute is exclusively for active corporate M&A professionals.

    Registration is not open to M&A consultants, advisors, vendors, or members of the media. Unqualified registrations will be canceled and refunded, less a $100 bank processing fee.
