Partnership Programs

The Institute provides a suite of programs and information on M&A strategy, deal structuring, and integration best practices.

Some of the most sophisticated and active in-house M&A professionals look to the Institute for practical insights and independent perspective to improve their deal process and M&A performance.

Members of the Institute include public company corporate development leaders, in-house M&A and antitrust counsel, strategy heads, finance managers, heads of M&A integration, private equity investors, board members, and other corporate executives with responsibility for M&A activities.

Underwriting Partners Program

Each year the Institute invites a limited number of select firms, that provide the highest level of M&A advisory services, to participate in the Underwriting Partners Program.

Most notably, Underwriting Partners take an active role in the Institute's prestigious annual M&A Conference Series.

These cross-disciplinary programs draw on experienced M&A professionals to share first-hand experiences, perspective, and recommendations for navigating deals through current challenges.

We recruit the most accomplished in-house M&A professionals from the most acquisitive companies to join the speaking faculty and provide expertise and experience from a range of industries.

In the evening, the conference delegates take part in continued discussions and networking during an elegant wine reception and dinner.
