Chris Evans has more than 20 years of global M&A and operational experience having lived and worked in the US, Asia, and Europe.
He has led teams in capital raising, conducting due diligence, integration planning, global business execution, and performance monitoring for acquisitions.
Most recently, Chris’ team led over 100 closed transactions while at Amazon, where he served as the Head of Corporate Development Integration.
Chris graduated from Cass Business School. He holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
